Seth Pintar: Can you introduce yourself and discuss how your experience is relevant to the topics of navigating uncertainty, balancing yield, capital efficiency, governance, and risk in today's macroeconomic environment?
Stephen Marsh: I have 25-plus years’ experience managing institutional money, fixed income, multi-asset portfolios, asset managers, and insurance firms. I also have about eight years’ experience at T. Rowe Price, managing institutional mandates in fixed income and private assets. I’ve worked with pension funds, a hedge fund, and insurers where I managed liabilities, balanced return objectives with capital preservation, and managed regulatory constraints
Most recently, I was head of investment oversight at Lloyd’s of London. I helped oversee the £97 billion in the capital stack of insurance and worked on strategic asset allocation, oversight, capital efficiency, equity, and central funding where I helped manage that portfolio.
