Zurich appoints new CIO for Australia

Deputy Chief Investment Officer Yile Chen takes over from long-standing predecessor.

Zurich Financial Services Limited, the Australian arm of the global insurance company, has promoted Yile Chen from Deputy Chief Investment Officer to Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Chen will replace Matthew Drennan who had been in the CIO role since 2018. There is no word on Drennan’s future with the company.
