Chubb, Mercury, AXIS, and Arch, reveal Q2 results – how did investment income hold up amid market shifts?

Several insurers announced their Q2 2025 results with mostly positive messages, despite ongoing market shifts and challenges.

The next set of financial results for insurance companies over Q2 2025 has been released following last week’s kick-off with Travelers and Progressive Insurance.

The quarter followed a period of continued focus on margin expansion, cash flow growth, and integrated global capabilities.

Chubb posted a strong set of Q2 results, with net income for the quarter coming in at $2.97 billion, and core income reached $2.48 billion.
